NO PAIN! They do run small and this style required a full size up from my normal size for a good fit. Plus, you have the best customer service on the net.

have two pair of MBT shoes. I walk almost every day in them. I have to wear a uniform at work, and wear the MBT for working out/walking. My back feels better when I wear these shoes. They give you a better workout because they are a heavier shoe and the rocking design. I can walk my old dog with them on and we keep up with each other.
